It has become a common thing now for the heroines of the movie to change the names.The latest to join this list is Malayalam actress Shamna Kassim, who is acting in Tamil movie Kodaikanal with the name of Shamna and movie Muniyandi Vilangiyal Mundram Aandu as Tamarai. She has finally decided to keep a single name and has changed her name to Poorna now. She was recently in news when the director and producer of ‘Kodaikanal’ filed a complaint against her in the Producers Association due to call sheet problems for the movie.
‘Kodaikanal’ movie is produced by Sri Swarnalakshmi Movies and directed by Bose. The director who has earlier directed the films like Rasavey Unnai Nambi with Ramarajan and he is introducing Tilak in this film as hero with Shamna alais Poorna as the heroine. Shamna has earlier acted in Malayalam films with Mohan Lal in Alibhai, Flash and College Kumaran.
