Jayaraj is going back to his sequel goldmine, with a part-3 to his trendsetter 4 The People. After the tremendous success of 4 The People and its sequel By the People, the part 3 is called Of The People! Of The People is about students turned vigilantes against corruption in higher education and the privatisation of education in Kerala. It has three new faces Arun, Padma Kumar and Arjun are the heroes, Anjali a girl from Kannur is the heroine. Jayaraj’s wife and his regular costume designer Sabitha Jayaraj is making her debut as the other heroine and playing a college student!
The film is being produced and directed by Jayaraj in DI format. Jayaraj is introducing the music video specialist Tanu Balak as cameraman, and Music director is Vinu Thomas, while story and screenplay is by another debutant Sreekumar Shreyas.
Jayaraj says that Of The People will be another pathbreaking film with youngsters within the commercial format and would entertain big time.
