The cast and crew of Calcutta News have completed their shoot in Calcutta. The film will have a second schedule extending to a week at Kochi.
The film which was earlier planned as an Onam flick got delayed due to film strikes and the floods and continuous rains that happened at Kolkatta.
The film which has Dileep and Meera Jasmine in the lead, after the recent hit by the same pair in Vinodhayathra, is directed by Blessy.
